First!
Konichiwa, bitches!
Well, I am the last to the Keto party, having started it only this past Sunday. My first weigh in was 331 and I will say that despite eating perfectly since then with no alcohol and even done one day of intermittent fasting I have lost NO weight as of this morning and am still not in ketosis. I am not discouraged however as I am sure my liver and muscles were all full of glycogen when I kicked the diet off and that it's simply taking time to burn thru it all. I did legs in the gym this morning and my body felt completely wooden like I had no gas in the tank at all, so hopefully this means that I've almost burned it off and that I'll soon be fat adapted.

They say it takes two weeks or longer to be fat adapted. Any update? How are you determining ketosis?
